Ingredients:
1 cup Tonica Kombucha (any of our delicious kombucha flavours will work!)
1 cup de-stemmed kale leaves
1 frozen banana
½ cup frozen fruits
½ cup coconut oil or yogurt
A splash of water

Directions:
Add all the ingredients into your blender and blend for 30-45 seconds on high. You may have to start and stop, stirring in between, if your blender isn’t powerful enough, but it really doesn’t take long. Then take a good long sip and get started on your other New Year’s Resolutions!
