Steves Scoops Ahoy Rootbeer Float:
- 2 cups Rootbeer
- 1 oz Vodka
- 1/4 cup Original or Ginger Tonica
- 1 scoop Vanilla Ice Cream
🎃 In a cold shaker, carefully mix everything together but the ice cream, add to a large classic rootbeer glass and top with vanilla ice cream! Serve with popcorn and a scary movie!
Hoppers Workin’ Overtime Old Fashioned
- 2oz Rye - splash of Ginger Tonica
- 2 dashes Angostura Bitters
Pour liquids into an old fashioned glass with cubed ice, muddle rosemary and lay in drink & garnish with zested orange. Light the rosemary on fire for a sensory experience!
Elevens Negroni:
- 1 oz dry Gin
- 1 oz Campari
- 1 oz vermouth rosso -
1/4 cup Goji Grapefruit Tonica
Slowly mix together (avoid shaking to prevent carbonation explosion & serve over cubed ice with an orange peel! We added add dry ice for effect :)
