MEXICASA MARGARITA OLE!
Ingredients (1-2 servings)
- 1 large handful of strawberries (about 1 cup), frozen
- 1 cup of ice
- juice of 3 limes
- pinch of stevia or honey to sweeten Honey
- 1 cup water
- 1/3-2/3 cup kombucha
- sea salt and unrefined sugar to line the glass
In a blender, blend together strawberries, ice, lime juice, sweetener and water until smooth/slushy like.
Briefly blend in the kombucha just until mixed (you don’t want to blend away the carbonation)
In a small dish, mix together the sea salt and sugar.
Dip a glass in water, and then into the salt/sugar mix to line the edge of the glass.
Fill with margarita mix
