Who says White Wine Sangria is only for the summertime? We certainly don’t think so! Which is why we created this tasty Christmas and holiday kombucha sangria recipe.
Often times around the holidays, we’re all spending so much time enjoying the visits with friends and family, that we don’t even realize how many more goodies and sugar packed drinks we’re consuming. A lot of traditional sangria recipes contain far too much sugar, with very little health benefits aside from the added fruit. So, we devised a healthy sangria alternative. The secret? Tonica!
Replace the added sugar, and add an original flavoured Tonica Kombucha for sweetness. Tonica is a naturally carbonated kombucha, which is a fermented tea known to be enzyme rich, vegan, GMO free, and packed with probiotics. It’s light and sparkling too, so it’ll only add to the crisp taste of this awesome sangria recipe.

1 Granny Smith Apple
1 Bunch of Mint Leaves
1 Cup of Fresh Cranberries
1 Bottle of Pinot Grigio
1 Bottle of Original Flavoured Tonica Kombucha
1 Sprig of Rosemary
Core and Chop the apple, pear, and tangerines.
Combine all ingredients except kombucha into a pitcher, and store in refrigerator overnight.
Prior to serving, add 1 Bottle of Original Flavoured Tonica Kombucha.
Spoon the fruit into glasses, and garnish with mint and rosemary.
