(Serves 2-4)


  • ½ C rhubarb syrup
  • 1 ½ C Tonica Blueberry Kombucha
  • ½ C fresh blueberries
  • ¼ C vodka
  • 4 fresh mint sprigs (Optional: more for garnish)
  • Rhubarb to garnish
  • Ice cubes to serve

Rhubarb Syrup:

  • 4 C chopped rhubarb
  • 1 C organic cane sugar
  • 1 C water

Directions (Rhubarb Syrup):

  1. Bring ingredients to boil in saucepan
  2. Simmer for 20 minutes, or until liquid begins to thicken
  3. Pour syrup through fine mesh strainer into jar or bottle and store in fridge

Directions (Cocktail):

  1. Mix all ingredients except for rhubarb and ice cubes in cocktail shaker or pitcher until
    well combined
  2. Pour drink into glasses over ice, and garnish with mint and rhubarb
