Tonica Kombucha Melon Whiskey Sour
- 1 oz White Whiskey
- 2 oz Melon Midori
- 3 oz Honeydew melon puree
- 1 teaspoon honey
- 1 oz lemon juice
- Ginger Tonica Kombucha
- HoneyDew Melon Balls for garnish
- Fresh Mint for garnish
For the puree: cut honeydew into chunks and blend in a high-speed blender until smooth.
In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, add whiskey, melon liquor, and honey. Stir well until honey is mostly dissolved. Add honeydew puree, lemon, and ginger kombucha. Shake until combined, strain, and pour into a chilled glass. Top with melon balls and mint.
