Classic Mojito, Chilli Lime Mojito and Peach Sangria – all mixed up with our Ginger Kombucha Litre Bottles!

Classic Mojito

Ingredients:

  • 1 lime cut into wedges
  • 8-12 mint leave
  • 1-3 tablespoons of simple syrup
  • 2 oz of light rum
  • Top with Tonica Litre Bottle in Ginger
  • Crushed ice

How to make it:

  1. Muddle lime, mint and simple syrup in the bottom of your glass.
  2. Add crushed ice.
  3. Add rum.
  4. Top with Kombucha.

Chilli Lime Mojito

Ingredients:

  • 2 oz of light rum
  • 1 tbsp of chilli lime syrup (1/2 cup water, 1/4 tsp chilli powder divided, 1/4 tsp cayenne powder divided, 1/2 cup coconut sugar, juice of 1 lime)
  • Chilli Lime rimmer ( 1/4 tsp chilli powder divided, 1/4 cayenne powder divided, 1 tbsp coconut sugar)

How to make it:

  1. To make chilli lime syrup, combine lime juice, water, 1/2 cup coconut sugar, 1/4 tsp chilli powder and 1/4 tsp of cayenne powder into a medium saucepan. Heat until sugar is dissolved and chill the syrup.
  2. Just before making the cocktail. mix 1 tbsp of coconut sugar, 1/4 tsp chilli powder and 1/4 cayenne powder together on a plate and rim your glasses.
  3. Add a few ice cubes to your glasses.
  4. Combine chilled syrup, rum, and top with ginger kombucha.

Peach Sangria

Ingredients:

  • 1 bottle of white wine
  • 1/4 cup of peach schnapps
  • 1 cup of chopped strawberries
  • 1 handful of mint
  • 1 peach sliced
  • Ginger kombucha to top

How to make it:

Combine wine and schapps in a large pitcher. Add strawberries, mint and peaches. pour into glasses and top with ginger kombucha. Stir and enjoy.
