Blueberry Rhubarb Kombucha Cocktail
(Serves 2-4)
Ingredients:
- ½ C rhubarb syrup
- 1 ½ C Tonica Blueberry Kombucha
- ½ C fresh blueberries
- ¼ C vodka
- 4 fresh mint sprigs (Optional: more for garnish)
- Rhubarb to garnish
- Ice cubes to serve
- 4 C chopped rhubarb
- 1 C organic cane sugar
- 1 C water
- Bring ingredients to boil in saucepan
- Simmer for 20 minutes, or until liquid begins to thicken
- Pour syrup through fine mesh strainer into jar or bottle and store in fridge
- Mix all ingredients except for rhubarb and ice cubes in cocktail shaker or pitcher until well combined
- Pour drink into glasses over ice, and garnish with mint and rhubarb
