Green Tea and Orange Bourbon Muddle with Tonica Kombucha

This cocktail is a good mix of the classic and the new! We just spruced up good ol’ bourbon with some honey, orange, mint, and Tonica Kombucha. The end result? A potent, yet refreshing cocktail that has “sweet and sultry” written all over it.


3 bottles of Tonica Kombucha Green Tea

1/4 cup raw honey

1/2 cup bourbon, or according to preference

6 slices of orange

6 mint sprigs



  1. Pour the Tonica Kimbucha Green Tea in a pitcher.
  2. In a medium bowl, muddle the bourbon, honey, mint, and the orange slices together until the orange slices release a bit of juice and the mint becomes fragrant.
  3. Add the mixture to the pitcher of tea. Stir well.
  4. Pour over ice.
