Labourless Cocktail with Tonica Kombucha

2.5 oz Prosecco
2.5 oz Aperol
2 oz peach tonica
In shaker filled with ice, add peach Tonica with the slightly bitter, low alcohol herbal liqueur Aperol and Prosecco.
Shake, strain and pour. Garnish with lime wheel.
